Day 163

 This morning our Rock Star was Henry. Henry's favourite thing to do is play outside and right now he is learning how to ride his brand new bike without any training wheels. His goal is to be as fast as his sister so they can race together. He also likes to honk his bike horn to warn people ahead of him.

In the afternoon our Rock Star was Connor.  Connor shared his favourite game with us.  He loves when he explodes. 

This morning it was the AM crews turn to have a drumming circle.

Day 162

 

This morning our Rock Star was Zailey.  Zailey shared her sisters horse.  She has a baby horse so she can't ride her house yet.

In the afternoon our Rock Star was Valkyrie.  Valkyrie loves playing with dolls of all sizes: American Girl, Barbie, Anna & Elsa, Woody, Bo Peep, Strawberry Shortcake, her “babies” and little dollhouse dolls, to name a few.

Today we researched the lifecycle of a butterfly and learned more about eggs.  Ask your child their favourite fun fact.

Day 161

 In the morning our Rock Star was Easton.  Easton won a pretty cool trophy this year in his ski racing group. Fastest for the U6 boys. He’s very proud of it, we will get his name engraved on it this month/ Easton loves his gem collection. He has some pretty cool ones.

In the afternoon our Rock Star was Charles. I have learned a lot about Minecraft. I made my own books and filled the books up with characters and items from the game.

What is it? It’s a game where you can build anything you can think of.

ith golden armour or a chicken coup. Also you can find diamonds (they make super strong items like armour). How do you play it? I play on our Nintendo Switch.

Why do you play it? Because you can build cool stuff like a giant person

Today we named our caterpillars and wrote about what we think they will look like as butterflies. Ask your child what they named their caterpillar.

The PM crew got to have music outside for a HUGE drumming circle.  AM crew will do this on Thursday.
