In the morning our Rock Star was Aleah. Aleah loves camping, one of her favourite places to go is Captain Larry’s cottage in Nakusp BC. She’s gone every year since she was 2 and it’s an extra special place because her cousins and grandparents come too. Her favourite things to do are sleeping in the camp trailer, playing on the beach, swimming, going for boat rides and all the yummy treats!

In the afternoon our Rock Star was Oscar.

Today was all about Math and finding what numbers bond together to make 5.  These are called number bonds.  3 and 2, 1 and 4, 5 and 0 are all number bonds.  We played with coloured coins, a fun website game, and a super-easy peasy worksheet to help us understand all the different ways to make 5.
