This morning we celebrated our Birthday Boy Quentin!!!!  Happy Birthday, Quentin!!!

In the afternoon our Rock Star was Beckham. Beckham has a passion for anything outside. He loves playing soccer twice a week and can’t wait to run around and score goals with his team.  Whenever we get to explore the mountains and go on hikes Beckham always has to bring some rocks and sticks home to add to his collection. On weekends Beckham loves to get out on his bike and pretend to be a motorcycle until he is old enough to ride a real motorcycle.

Today was VERY BUSY looking at all the cool things in our school. First, we checked out how big our Mantis got over the weekend! It's getting so BIG. Second, we checked out our caterpillars. They grew so much this weekend. Third, our pumpkin seeds have really sprouted and grew a bunch of new stems. Finally, we got a chance to check out the cute baby ducks down the hallway!!!

We also started a new poem and continued to work on reading our colour words. To make a busy day even busier our AM crew had Music and our PM crew had PE. We started learning about measuring. Today we had to find things on the playground that were bigger than us and things that were smaller than us. Lastly, we started our second week of the CBE Amazing Race.

Amazing Race Week 2

This week we will be making a robot and participating in lots of soccer challenges since we are in Qatar.
