This morning our Rock Star was Cruz. Cruz shared his favourite book, Time for School Little Blue Truck. Cruz's favourite part is when the Blue Truck sees the school bus because he likes school busses.
In the afternoon our Rock Star was Owen. Owen shared "Sock Monkey Goes to Hollywood: A Star is Bathed. It's about Sock Monkey who got invited to the Oswald awards in Hollywood but he had to be clean. He didn't like scratchy towels, icy water, and stinky soap. He asked his friends for help. When he was clean, he went to the award show. Sock Monkey didn't win the award for best supporting toy actor in a motion picture but he won the award for being the cleanest. My favourite part was when he was sunbathing because it was silly. He was relaxing and the sun was right above him. He was relaxing like it was nothing.

February 17-18 is Teachers Convention there is no school
February 21 is Family Day there is no school
February 22 is 2-22-22 Day (Lots of Math and fun with the number 2)
February 23 is Anti-Bullying Day/Pink Shirt Day
February 28 is 100 Days of School - Dress like you are 100 years old
