This morning our final Rock Star for the second round was Greyson. Greyson likes to make cookies every year.  His favourite cookie to decorate is a reindeer because reindeer fly.

This afternoon our Rock Star was Beckham.  Beckham shared his favourite book called, Fill a Bucket. Together we read it as a class and we all agree it's a great book! The story is about how everyone is born with invisible buckets and how we can fill those buckets with love and happiness. His favourite part of the book is when you learn how to fill people's buckets by doing kind things like listening and helping others.

Today in journals we came up with a bunch of reasons WHY six more weeks of winter is a great idea!  We know that we like building snowmen, snowball fights, skating, sledding, ice fishing, skiing, cozying up by the fire with hot chocolate, and playing in the snow.

February 23 is Anti-Bullying Day/Pink Shirt Day

February 28 is 100 Days of School - Dress like you are 100 years old
