Today was PICTURE DAY!!! I always love seeing all my friends all dressed up. Class pictures are my favourite but we also did individual pictures as well.
Today we wrote a journal entry in our May assessment that is going home next week. With it being the end of the year the expectation has increased. Sight words spelt correctly, spaces between the words, multiple letters in each word corresponding to the dominant sound, and periods at the end of the sentence are expected. The kids have come SO FAR in their writing and I am very proud of their hard work. Over the next month, we will continue to work on our writing confidence as we prepare for grade one.
