Our morning Rock Star was Easton. One family tradition they have is to go to BC every summer to visit Grammy in Vancouver and Gramma and Poppa at Shuswap lake. The boys love many adventures ... to name a few: swimming in the ocean and lake, tubings on gramma and poppas boat, searching for snails, bike riding, boat rides, ferry rides, fires and s’mores, ice cream, and many other things!
This afternoon our Rock Star was Jordyn. Every year before Easter as a family they dye easter eggs and after they have their easter dinner they get together with her cousins and roll the decorated eggs down the hill to see which egg will be the winner and not crack.
Today we made our picture for the letter Dd and Gg in our Jolly Phonics book. These songs can easily get stuck in your head for days. haha
Ask your child to sing the Dd and Gg song for you. :)
This week we have been making winter books. Everyday we have added a few new words to our book. The kids are so excited to read their books they wrote to you.
