HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY!
We had a blast celebrating Groundhog Day in Kindergarten. We were all in our PJs and we pretended to wake up just like the groundhog was woken up. Then we looked for our shadow but we could not find it. We learned about the history of Groundhog Day as well as some fun facts about groundhogs themselves. We also watched Balzac Billy come out of his sleep to learn that we will have an early spring!!! In the AM our Kinder Crew had Library and in the PM our Kinder Crew had Music. Both groups also were able to have some iPad time which was a special treat.
