Day 32

Today our Rock Stars did such an awesome job of sharing.  Ethan was excited to share his favourite beyblades with the class.  The AM class enjoyed hearing about all his beyblades.  Connor shared his Pikachu 

 

We had THE most amazing Colour Day!!  Thank you for participating.  Today we introduced so much math language.  We learned about sorting, pattern, more than, less than, estimation, and graphing.

 

 We saw that more kids wore blue and green in the AM.  Less kids wore red in the AM.  We saw that the same number of kids wore pink in the AM and the PM.  In the PM we had more kids wear orange because children wore orange in the AM.

 

We played a fun sorting game where we walked around the room and then we had to find our friends that were wearing the same colour as us.

   

Once we sorted our kinder friends we decided what type of patterns we could make using our favourite colours. 

ABCD Pattern: light blue, dark blue, green, pink, light blue, dark blue, green, pink

ABC Pattern: orange, pink, blue,  orange, pink, blue,  orange, pink, blue, 

Finally, we documented our fun colour day in our visual journals.  Painting always makes school the best day ever!
