Today our Rock Stars were Lennon and Brandon. They both did a great job of leading the classroom today.
We MISSED each other! I am so happy to be back with my favourite little crew! A week is a long time in teacher world to be away.
Today we made our background for a Remembrance Day art piece we are making in our visual journals. We started by practicing how to make circles. Then we added yellow paint, orange paint and finally we finished off our background sunsets with red paint.
Our backgrounds are now drying and waiting for part two. We will finish this art piece tomorrow. :)
We spent some time observing our pumpkin seeds that have started to sprout.

We are a week late in drying our our pumpkin seeds that we were colouring with food dye but now they are almost ready to sort and pattern.

Every December our Parent Committee has a Winter Fundraiser. They are always gorgeous and smell amazing. I highly recommend this fundraiser. You will not be able to pick up the flowers from the school but the orders will be picked up from a separate location on Dec 9.
