Happy Happy Birthday Logan!! We are so happy that we were able to spend your special day with you.
In the afternoon our Rock Star was Stephanie. Stephanie wrote: Stephanie's favorite place is going to Lake Okanagan and Kelowna. It is a special place because I get to see my Opa, aunties and cousins. I like going to the beach, playing in the sand, swimming, going for boat rides, and camping with Opa.
Today we continued learning about Gerald the Giraffe who can't dance but then he learns to dance his own way and realizes he is pretty amazing at it. We watched a guided drawing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzFIB2pDunQ and we started by drawing our giraffe with a pencil. Next, we went over our pencil with a sharpie. Once we erased our pencil marks we were able to colour our giraffe with crayon. Finally, we used our oil pastels to make a background and we painted the background to complete the picture.
Our final product turned out super cute!!
