Today we had such a fun day meeting our entire class. My AM friends got to have music for the first time and my PM friends got to have PE for the first time.
Today we read the story, The Kissing Hand. We talked about being brave at school and made a special picture for our moms and dads to show them how much we loved them.
We have really been working towards limiting the amount of times we have to sanitize our hands. We do have to sanitize every time we enter and exit the classroom however, we have been washing our hands while inside the classroom. We wash our hands before snack, after snack, and between centers if we are changing toys. Our favorite song to wash our hands to is Baby Shark. I have included the link below as well as screen shots of the important parts of the song. These pictures will also be up beside the sink to remind the children how to wash their hands and for how long.
